Definitions

Software

• We grant you the client a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use any software developed and supplied by GSL, solely for use by the client to whom it has been supplied and in the form it has been supplied.
• The client may only copy the software for the purpose of making a back up copy for archive purposes.
• All software is supplied "as is", without any warranty of any kind.
• The client agrees to indemnify GSL against any and all liabilities and costs, arising out of the clients use of any software either supplied by or downloaded from any of our sites.

The Service

• We do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or that any software supplied will be free from errors or 'Bugs'.
• We may need to suspend or shutdown the system from time to time for maintenance or to update the system and or software.
• If we have to suspend or shutdown the system, we will give you as much notice as possible in advance of any work we may have to carry out.
• The client is solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential and must inform us if they believe or become aware that someone else is making unauthorised use of them.
• It is the clients sole responsablitiy to keep adequate backups of any data stored on their site.
• In the event of any dispute arising from a Domain Name registration, you agree to be bound by the Nominet UK Dispute Resolution Service. (This service is only available in the United Kingdom)
• Support for all the supplied services is only available via the Contact Form or via e-mail.

Web Site Content and Usage

• The client is solely responsible for data, images, text and postings on their web site.
• The client must own or have permission to use any trademarks or copyrighted material that is posted on the web site.
• The clients web site must not be used for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to Warez, Adult. illegal MP3 (or other downloads) or IRC Bots.
• The client may not run server processes.
• The client should not carry out any un-solicited bulk E-mailing or 'Spamming'.
• We reserve the right to suspend the account should there be any material that is illegal (against the laws of the United Kingdom) found on the site, or reported to us.
• We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service provided at our discretion, upon which time any credit on the account will be refunded minus any administration charges.
• The client agrees to indemnify GSL against any and all liabilities and costs, arising out of the clients use of the service, including those without consent.

Prices and Payment

• We do not offer credit, payment is required keeping the account up to date when such monies are due. All bills must be paid promptly to ensure continued service.
• All accounts are paid for and charged on an annual basis with Account charges being non-refundable (i.e. any refund made will only be calculated on a percentage of the web space paid for).
• We reserve the right to change the pricing structure at any time and we will inform you of any pricing changes as soon as possible.
• Failure to pay when requested will result in suspension of the account. An administration fee of £50.00 will then be payable before the account can be reinstated.

Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate your account, without notice, if we find that your are in breach of any of our Terms and Conditions here stated.
• Your may terminate your account at any time by giving no less than 30 days notice.

Limit of Liability

• GSL's liability for any claims arising from the use of the service shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for the use of the service.
• GSL shall in no event be held liable for any loss during the use of the service, this includes but is not limited to any loss of data, loss of profits or damages arising from the use of the service.

Miscellaneous

• GSL reserves the right to change or modify any software developed and supplied by them, for reasons of upgrading and/or the correcting of errors, without prior notification.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be interperted according to the laws of the United Kindom.
• The terms of this agreement constitute the entire agreement between the Client and GSL and no variation will be effective unless in writing and/or posted on this web site.

Disclaimer

Whilst GSL provides you with this service we cannot be held responsible for any effects the service or any software supplied may have on your own software, hardware or other computer systems/peripherals. We have taken as much care as is possible with the setting up of this system, but we cannot be held liable for any third party data loss or damage that may occur from either the use of the service or any software supplied.
